Nan Xu, founder of Togo Automation

My name is Nan — I studied Full Stack Web Development at Red River College Polytechnic, and after that I found my way into AI automation. The deeper I got, the more it drew me in. It can genuinely help businesses save time, work more efficiently, and grow revenue — not just as a buzzword, but in practice.

Over the past few months, I've built several of these systems end to end: a document-intake system that reads files and checks them against public records, a voice agent that answers calls and books appointments, and a retrieval system that answers questions from a company's own documents. In everything I build, I stick to one principle — AI does the legwork; a human makes the call. AI can answer phones, read files, and handle questions — but the key decisions always stay with a person. Here's one of the demos — feel free to click through and try it yourself.

I won't claim to know everything — but I'm always learning and always improving. Rather than rushing to pitch a solution, I'd much rather sit down first, listen carefully to where your business is actually getting stuck, and figure out together whether AI automation can help — and how to do it right.

Now I want to put these skills to work for local businesses here in Winnipeg — freeing up people's time from repetitive work, so it can go toward the things that actually need a human.
